Welcome to AgentRedesign.com (“Agent Redesign,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including all online purchases, checkout transactions, products, and services. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not complete checkout or use our services.
1. E‑Commerce Orders & Checkout
Binding Agreement at Checkout
By clicking “Place Order,” “Submit Payment,” or similar checkout confirmation, you:
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions
- Confirm that all order details are accurate
- Authorize Agent Redesign to charge your selected payment method
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be canceled or changed unless approved by Agent Redesign in writing.
2. Custom Products – No Resale or Cancellation
All products sold by Agent Redesign are custom-made and produced to order.
Under Illinois and federal consumer law:
- Custom or personalized goods are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production begins
- Orders enter production immediately after proof approval or checkout confirmation (if no proof is required)
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
3. Proofs, Design Approval & Customer Responsibility
- Digital proofs are provided when applicable
- Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving proofs
- Approval confirms acceptance of:
- Spelling and grammar
- Layout and sizing
- Color choices
- Contact information
Agent Redesign is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
Color variations may occur due to screen settings, materials, inks, and printing processes. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Illinois sales tax will be applied where required by law
- Payment must be made in full at checkout
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing
- Refuse service at our discretion, as permitted by law
5. Production, Turnaround & Shipping
- Production and shipping timelines are estimates only
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, weather, or customer revisions are not guaranteed grounds for refunds
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier
Agent Redesign is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Reprints & Defective Products
Because products are custom:
Eligible Claims
Reprints or corrections may be issued only if:
- The product is materially defective, OR
- The product does not match the approved proof
Claim Requirements
- Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
- Photo evidence may be required
- Returned samples may be requested before resolution
No refunds will be issued for:
- Customer-approved errors
- Color variation
- Buyer’s remorse
- Missed deadlines due to third-party shipping delays
7. Illinois Consumer Disclosures
No Waiver of Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under Illinois law, including the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
Business Identification
Agent Redesign operates as a design and print service provider serving customers in Illinois and throughout the United States.
Electronic Transactions
By using this site, you consent to electronic records, contracts, and signatures pursuant to the Illinois Electronic Commerce Security Act.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, layouts, templates, and designs are owned by Agent Redesign unless otherwise stated
- Customers retain ownership of their original logos and content
- Agent Redesign may display completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the customer opts out in writing
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
9. User‑Provided Content
You represent that all content you provide:
- Is owned by you or properly licensed
- Does not infringe on third‑party intellectual property
You agree to indemnify Agent Redesign from any claims arising from customer‑supplied materials.
10. Limitation of Liability (Illinois‑Compliant)
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law:
- Agent Redesign shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Agent Redesign prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks for properly delivered custom goods may result in:
- Order suspension
- Collection activity
- Recovery of fees and costs as permitted by law
12. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of refund or chargeback systems
- Violation of these Terms
13. Privacy Policy
Your use of this website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection, cookies, and communications.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing Law & Venue
